The Mary Gray is available for hire to those who appreciate a well designed boat with a personal service. She is owned, and much loved by , Georgina Ford who together with her partner Andy Bell, is dedicated to providing an excellent service to hirers. The boat is ideal for 2 - 3 persons, experienced and novice alike, and those who have never ventured on the canals will receive full tuition to ensure they enjoy their time on the Mary Gray to the maximum.

  New for the 2009 season (completed January 2009 ) is our second boat, Lizzie May, built to the same high specifications as Mary Gray and offering the same comfort and maneuverability. She is 50 feet in length and is ideal for 2 - 4 persons.

 Andy Bell, a qualified RYA instructor, and Georgina Ford work together and will accompany ‘first timers’ or those who wish to regain their experience, for the first few hours of their holiday until confidence is gained.

 We are dedicated to making your holiday as safe and enjoyable as possible, and are currently applying for  membership of the British Marine Federation Handover Scheme under the Association of Pleasure Craft Operators.

  We aim to be as flexible as is possible regarding handover and return times to try to avoid the frantic rush back to moorings on the last day to avoid a surcharge - we do not charge for a late return, although appreciate punctuality. The prices in this brochure are the total price payable - fuel is included.
