THE BOAT :-
40ft professionally built narrow boat - built July 2007. Fully fitted throughout in wood, with brass furnishings.
Layout from rear - steps to galley kitchen - sink, oven and gas hob, fridge, workspace. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, washing up liquid, surface cleaner, cloths and tea - towels.
Leading to dining/sitting area with L- shaped sofa converting to double bed; table, television, DVD player, radio, coal burning stove.
Through to shower, wash basin, and pump out toilet; equipped with soap, shower gel, bathroom cleaner, and toilet paper.
Through to double bedroom (bedding supplied), and storage space.
Steps up to front of boat.
Central heating throughout.
Moored at Elton Moss Canal Bridge (between Wheelock and Middlewich on the Trent and Mersey canal (directions will be supplied)

INCLUDED IN HIRE PRICE:-
· Full hand over - instructions on use of all equipment, inventory, emergency procedure etc.
· Parking space at moorings for one car (left at owners risk).
· Third party liability insurance.
· Bedding (duvets, covers, sheets, pillows and pillowcases) for 2 double beds
· All fuel including coal.
· Tea-towels, cleaning equipment, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, bin bags.
· Hospitality basket containing 'start off groceries' - tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits.
· Fenders, boat hook, pole, board, life jackets.
· Digital colour TV and DVD player, radio · Selection of books/ maps.
· Emergency assistance (in the case of breakdown etc).
PETS
· For a sum of £15, a very small, very well behaved dog may accompany you, providing it has its own sleeping arrangements, and doesn't sit on the chairs/beds!

Booking Form Conditions of Hire
While we try to keep are on-line availability as up to date as possible please do contact us before returning the form to ensure your requested weeks are free.
· A provisional reservation will be made at your request, for a period of seven days.
· Please then complete and return the booking form within seven days - confirmation will be sent out to you.
